devoted to Prof. Rainer Kress on the occasion of his 65th birthday

[IESR_flyer.pdf]

Location and Time

The workshop will take place Jan. 19 - 20, 2007, at the University of Göttingen. The conference venue is the beautiful Old University Library, Papendiek 14, 37073 Göttingen, Germany.

Objectives

The objective of the workshop is to reflect the status and recent developments of the fields of Integral Equations and Shape Reconstruction. Several international experts in the fields will provide invited plenary lectures about their experience and research. The workshop will celebrate the 65th birthday of Prof. Rainer Kress, who over a period of 35 years has provided significant contributions to these fields and has influenced the area strongy both as a researcher and teacher.

The workshop consists of invited talks only and offers the possibility of a poster session for participants.
